Overview
Flaggies is a collection of 5,555 pixel art characters, one family drawn for all 195 countries. Each character wears its country's colors and stands in front of a landmark from home.
| Kind | Supply | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Male | 1,950 | 10 per country |
| Female | 1,950 | 10 per country |
| Animal | 1,170 | the country's national animal, 6 per country |
| Robot | 390 | 2 per country |
| Legendary | 95 | 95 countries have one each: Tier 1/1 |
Each Flaggie's traits name its Base (Male, Female, the robot's finish, or the animal's species, in gold for a Legendary) and its Tier. Each of the 95 countries with a Legendary has exactly one, so they carry Tier 1/1.
The contract is a standard ERC-721 on BNB Chain with ERC-2981 royalties and ERC-4906 metadata updates. Every image is 32 × 32 pixels, stored at 1024 × 1024 on IPFS.
What you need
- A Binance Agentic Wallet. Minting is a contract call made by your AI agent through this wallet.
- A .ai Agent ID in that wallet. The contract checks that the calling wallet holds an Agent ID from the SPACE ID collection. The Agent ID is soulbound, so it cannot be borrowed for a mint.
- Developer Mode turned on in the Binance app. The wallet needs it for any contract call.
- A little BNB for gas, plus the mint price: ???.
Install
The easiest route is to hand your agent the skill file. It tells the agent which commands to run and when to ask you first. The skill and the Flaggies CLI are published when the mint opens, with the SHA-256 of each release so you can check the file before installing it. Follow @flaggies_world to hear first.
The wallet side you can set up now:
npm i -g @binance/agentic-wallet
The Flaggies CLI never holds keys. It reads the chain and prepares calls, and every signature goes through your Agentic Wallet.
Commands
Every command prints JSON. A good agent turns it into plain language for you.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
flaggies preflight | Checks the wallet, the Agent ID and Developer Mode, and says how to fix anything missing. |
flaggies info | Phase, supply left, price, and your own mints and room. |
flaggies quote --count N | The exact cost of N more for your wallet. |
flaggies mint --count N | Previews the mint and returns a request id. Nothing is sent yet. |
flaggies execute --request-id ID | Sends a previewed call, after you said yes. |
flaggies reveal | Previews the reveal once it is due. Anyone may call it. |
flaggies tx --hash HASH | Waits for the receipt and lists the token ids minted. |
flaggies mine --traits | Your token ids, and their artwork and traits after the reveal. |
flaggies market and friends | Listing, buying and offers. See Market. |
Mints and reveals always go preview, then your confirmation, then execute. A preview expires after about five minutes.
Mint rules
- Price: ??? The price is fixed in the contract and cannot be changed.
- ??? per wallet, counted by mints. Selling a Flaggie does not give the wallet room for another.
- Tokens mint in order: 1, 2, 3 and so on. Your token id says nothing about the artwork it will show.
- Overpayment comes back in the same transaction. The CLI sends the exact cost anyway.
- The mint can be paused and reopened by the owner until it closes. Once it closes, it is closed for good.
The reveal
Until the reveal, every token shows the same silhouette. The artwork is dealt in one step, for all tokens at once.
- The mint closes. Either the last Flaggie is minted, or the owner calls
endMint. From then on nobody can mint, the owner included. - The reveal block is set five blocks ahead. Its hash does not exist yet when the mint closes, so nobody can know it.
- Anyone calls
reveal()once that block has passed. The block hash fixes a random offset, and token t shows original artwork(t − 1 + offset) mod 5555 + 1.
The hash stays readable for 8,191 blocks, about an hour on BNB Chain. If nobody calls reveal() in
that window, the next call arms a new reveal block instead of guessing. There is no fallback seed, because any
value known in advance could be gamed by whoever closes the mint.
After the reveal, originalIdOf(tokenId) on the contract tells you which image file your token
shows.
Market
Flaggies has its own market contract, built for agents. Every action is one contract call, so the same preview, confirm, execute flow as the mint applies.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
flaggies market | Live listings from the cheapest, offers from the best, and the floor. |
flaggies approve-market | One-time approval so the market can hand over your Flaggie when it sells. |
flaggies list --token ID --price BNB | Lists a Flaggie you hold for 30 days (up to 90 with --days). It stays in your wallet until someone buys it. |
flaggies buy --token ID | Buys a listing at its exact price. |
flaggies offer --price BNB [--token ID] | Offers BNB for one Flaggie, or for any Flaggie without --token, for 30 days (up to 90 with --days). |
flaggies accept --id N [--token ID] | Sells into an offer. For an any-Flaggie offer you pick which one. |
flaggies unlist, cancel-offer | Takes a listing down, or withdraws an offer and its BNB. |
flaggies claim [--to ADDRESS] | Collects BNB the market couldn't send you directly, to any address you choose. |
- Every sale pays the royalty that Flaggies reports (???) and sends the rest to the seller. The market itself charges nothing.
- Offers hold their BNB in the market until they are accepted or cancelled. Every offer expires, after 90 days at most, and anyone can then refund it to its bidder.
- Closing the mint resets the book. About two seconds after the close, anyone can work out which token
got which artwork, before the reveal is on chain. So listings and offers made before the close (while the mint is
open, paused or not yet open) stop working at the close, and the market takes nothing new until someone runs
flaggies reveal. List or offer again after that. BNB in an old offer comes back at any time withcancel-offer(flaggies market --mineshows the id), or anyone can refund it. - Every listing expires, after 90 days at most. To stop a sale sooner, unlist it. Don't rely on moving the token or revoking approval: if either comes back before the expiry, so does the listing.
- A listing only works while the seller holds the token. If it moves, the listing can't be bought, and anyone can clear it.
- Buyers send the exact listed price. If the price changes while a purchase is pending, the purchase fails instead of paying a different amount.
- The market has no owner. Nobody can pause it, change its rules or touch the BNB it holds for offers. The only pause is the one above, between the close and the reveal, and it is written into the contract.
The live book is on the Market page. Flaggies are standard ERC-721 tokens, so other BNB Chain marketplaces can list them too.
Verify the art
The contract was deployed with a provenance hash of all 5,555 images in their original order. The images go public at the reveal, under an IPFS folder address (CID) published here. Then anyone can recompute the hash:
curl -o images.car "https://ipfs.filebase.io/ipfs/<images CID>?format=car"
npx ipfs-car unpack images.car --output images
cd images
for i in $(seq 1 5555); do sha256sum "$i.png" | cut -c1-64; done | tr -d '\n' | sha256sum
The result must equal the provenance() value on the contract:
3830c2b685170b48a3d22ac15cbc0dd37c31da3901417b2f4b5559f13166abf9
Any IPFS gateway or node works in place of the one above, since the folder is addressed by its content.
Owner powers
The contract has an owner. Here is everything the owner can do, and the limits the contract puts on it.
| Owner can | Limit |
|---|---|
| Open or pause the mint | Only until the mint closes. |
Close the mint early (endMint) | Cannot be undone. It arms the reveal like a sell-out does. |
| Point tokens at the revealed metadata | Only after the reveal has fixed the offset, and only until frozen. |
| Change the placeholder metadata | Only until frozen. |
| Freeze the metadata | Permanent. After this no metadata can change. |
| Set the royalty receiver and rate | The rate can never exceed ???. |
| Withdraw mint proceeds | Only the BNB the contract holds. |
| Hand over or renounce ownership | Renouncing is blocked until the metadata is frozen and the balance is withdrawn. |
The owner cannot change the price, the supply or the provenance hash, mint for free, choose the reveal offset, or move anyone's token.
The revealed metadata lives on IPFS and the owner sets its address. Anyone can rebuild the expected metadata from the on-chain offset and the provenance-checked images, and compare it before the metadata is frozen.
Errors
| Error | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
NO_AGENT_ID | The wallet holds no .ai Agent ID. | Claim one in Binance Wallet. |
DEV_MODE_OFF | Developer Mode is off or expired. | Turn it on in the Binance app. |
WalletLimit | The wallet reached its limit, or asked for more than its room. | Mint fewer, or stop. |
MintClosed | Not open yet, paused, or closed for the reveal. | Check flaggies info. |
SupplyExceeded | Fewer left than asked. | Mint the number left. |
InsufficientPayment | The quote was stale. | Quote and preview again. |
| "not due yet" | The reveal block has not passed. | Wait for the block shown, then reveal. |

FAQ
Minting
Why can only AI agents mint?
Flaggies is made for the agent era: the mint lives inside agents, not behind a website button. The contract only accepts calls from wallets that hold a .ai Agent ID, which you claim for a Binance Agentic Wallet.
Can I mint without an agent?
No. A regular wallet has no Agent ID, so the contract turns the call down. You can still buy a Flaggie from someone who minted one.
How much does it cost?
???. The price is written into the contract and can never change.
How many can I mint?
??? per wallet. The count goes by mints, so selling one does not free up room for another.
Does my agent spend money without asking me?
It shouldn't. The skill tells the agent to show you the count and the cost, then wait for your yes before it sends anything. The Agentic Wallet also previews every call through Binance's risk checks.
The reveal
When do I see my Flaggie?
When the mint is over: either all 5,555 are minted or the mint is closed early. Five blocks later anyone can trigger the reveal, and every token gets its artwork at the same moment.
Can anyone pick a rare one?
No. The artwork is dealt by a block hash that does not exist until after minting has stopped for good. Nobody can mint, peek and undo, and the team cannot choose either.
What if nobody triggers the reveal?
The block hash stays usable for about an hour. If that passes, the next call simply sets a new reveal block, so the reveal is delayed, never guessed.
How do I know the art wasn't swapped?
All 5,555 images were hashed before the first mint and the hash is stored in the contract. The images are already public on IPFS. The Docs show the four commands to check it.
The collection
Is my country in it?
All 195 countries are. Search for yours on the country wall.
Is there a 1/1 tier?
Yes. The 95 Legendaries, about 1.7% of the collection, are one each for 95 countries. Their metadata says so: Tier 1/1, next to a Base such as Gold Jaguar or Gold Robot.
Is there a token or a roadmap?
No token. Flaggies is the art and a fair reveal. Nothing is promised beyond what these pages and the contract say.
Owning one
Where can I trade Flaggies?
On the Flaggies market, through your agent: list, buy, make offers and accept them, all as plain contract calls. Flaggies are also standard ERC-721 tokens, so other BNB Chain marketplaces can list them. See Market.
Are there royalties?
The contract signals a ??? royalty through ERC-2981, and it can never be set higher than that. The Flaggies market always pays it. Other marketplaces decide for themselves whether they honor it.
What can I do with my Flaggie's art?
See the license section of the Terms.
Terms
Last updated October 24, 2026.
These terms cover the Flaggies website, the Flaggies CLI and skill, and the Flaggies and Flaggies market smart contracts on BNB Chain, whose addresses are published on this site (together, "Flaggies"). By minting, buying, holding or using Flaggies you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Flaggies.
1. What Flaggies is
Flaggies is a collection of 5,555 digital collectibles. Each one is an ERC-721 token whose metadata points to a piece of pixel art. Flaggies is art. It is not an investment, a security or a share in anything, and it carries no right to profits, revenue or governance.
2. The contract decides
Minting, prices, limits, the reveal and transfers are run by the smart contract, not by us. What the contract does is final. We cannot reverse a transaction, refund a mint, recover a lost wallet or move a token for you. The Docs list everything the contract owner can and cannot do.
3. Agents and third parties
Minting requires a Binance Agentic Wallet and a .ai Agent ID, which are third-party products under their own terms. Your AI agent acts for you. You are responsible for what it does with your wallet, including any transaction it sends after you approve it. We don't control Binance, SPACE ID, IPFS gateways, marketplaces or the AI agent you use, and we are not responsible for them.
4. Your Flaggie and its art
When you own a Flaggie, you own that token. While you own it, you may use, copy and display its artwork for any purpose, personal or commercial, including on merchandise and as a profile picture. When the token leaves your wallet, these rights pass to the new owner.
This license does not cover other people's Flaggies, the Flaggies name and logo, or the code behind the collection. Don't use Flaggies art to imply that we endorse you or your product.
Flags, landmarks and national animals are drawn as pixel art in a family style. They are not official emblems, and no country, government or landmark owner is involved with or endorses Flaggies.
5. Risks you accept
- Smart contracts can have bugs, and blockchain transactions cannot be undone.
- The value of a Flaggie, and of BNB, can go to zero. Nothing on these pages is financial advice.
- Artwork and metadata are stored on IPFS. They stay available as long as someone pins them.
- Marketplaces choose whether to honor royalties and whether to list Flaggies at all.
- Laws on digital assets differ by country and change. Making sure you may take part is your job.
6. No warranty
Flaggies is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the creators of Flaggies are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Flaggies, including lost funds, lost tokens or lost profits.
7. Fair play
Don't try to break, overload or exploit Flaggies, the site or the tools, and don't use them to break the law. A bug you find is welcome as a report, not as an opportunity.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never alter what the contract already guarantees.
